Dashiell, an operating unit of Quanta Services, seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead one or more large high-voltage electrical installation projects from pre-construction to completion. The role is based in Houston, with travel to project sites required.

You will oversee safety, scheduling, cost control, and client relations while mentoring Construction Managers and assistants, reporting through the Houston office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or related field.
• Experience leading multiple EPC projects with estimating, subcontracting, and scheduling.
• Mentoring or supervising Construction Managers or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with independent judgment.
• Excel and Office Suite proficiency; clear written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities on large/high-voltage projects.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, estimating, cost development and objectives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to site managers and assistants.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to expeditie materials per schedules.
• Manage on-site subcontractors and material inventories.
• Develop and maintain client relationships at senior levels.
• Manage subcontractor relationships to ensure performance.
• Ensure permits and regulatory requirements are met.
• Review reports, forecasts, and status updates for leadership.
• Collaborate with Engineering to resolve field design changes.
