Job summary

Dashiell, an operating unit of Quanta Services, seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead day-to-day operations on one or more large high-voltage electrical installations from pre-construction through completion. You will manage safety, scheduling, cost control, field personnel, and subcontracts from our Houston, TX office, with travel to project sites required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field; 15+ years in Electric Power EPC.
• Experience leading multiple large EPC projects with estimating, subcontracting, and scheduling.
• Proven mentoring/supervising of Construction Managers and site personnel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities on large high-voltage projects, serve as escalation point.
• Direct planning, scheduling, estimating, cost development, and objective setting.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to construction staff on the project.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely material delivery across projects.
• Develop client relationships and manage subcontractor terms and performance.
• Ensure permits are secured and reports are prepared for senior leadership.
