La Crosse County is seeking a Senior Human Services Program Supervisor to lead the Integrated Support & Recovery Services (ISRS) Division. You will supervise a team across CLTSW, CCS, CCOP, and Birth to 3, ensuring policy translation, enrollment management, and regulatory compliance.

You will align practice with trauma‑informed care, coordinate data systems, and partner with state and local agencies to sustain high‑quality services for youth and families.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field is required.
• Bachelor's Degree with five years of related experience acceptable.
• Two years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboarding, training, and supervision of staff.
• Direct supervision of social workers and a mental health professional.
• Oversee program operations, enrollment, and compliance timelines.
• Provide regular reporting on performance and system issues.
