Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a related field and licensure as required by state.
• Two years of experience with crisis services and program administration.
• Ability to supervise, coach, evaluate and schedule staff.

Responsibilities

• Hires, supervises, trains, coaches, evaluates, disciplines, and schedules departmental staff.
• Oversees crisis budgets, grants, and vendor contracts, with data reporting.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners on crisis services and compliance.
• Develops and executes crisis service strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensures services meet state and federal regulations and certification requirements.
