Job summary

Professional Services Group is expanding the Childrens Long-Term Support (CLTS) program in Dane County and is hiring a Supervisor to lead a new team of Case Managers. The role oversees day-to-day supervision, staff development, and program operations within the CLTS program.

Location is Madison, Wisconsin with on-site work and potential hybrid scheduling. Salary ranges $66,000–$69,000 annually and requires a Bachelor’s degree with three years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, or related field is required.
• Three years of prior experience working with at-risk youth and families with multiple issues are required.
• Must have reliable transportation daily, a valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Guide staff in developing client assessments, service plans, and case notes; review and approve final documents.
• Assist with incoming referrals, assignments, and monitoring of caseloads and workload.
• Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, evaluating, and disciplining program staff.
• Monitor the program budget.
• Monitor files, documentation deadlines, billing units, productivity, service authorizations, and billing claims.
• Ensure quality assurance through file reviews.
• Review billing units for accuracy and assist in correcting rejected billing claims.
• Safely transport clients as needed.
• Act as a resource for case managers in crisis situations.

Professional Services Group is now hiring for the position of Supervisor over the Children's Long-Term Support Program in Dane County! Here at PSG, we are a community-based social services organization committed to helping families achieve their greatest potential.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are expanding the Childrens' Long-Term Support (CLTS) program in Dane County, and are hiring a Supervisor to lead a new team of Case Managers.

The CLTS Waiver Program in Dane County provides access and funding for supportive services to youth and their families with a variety of physical, developmental, or mental health disabilities. The CLTS waiver provides financial assistance for services that are needed to keep these children safely in a home or community setting. As the Supervisor, you will provide the day-to-day supervision to a team of Case Managers within the CLTS Program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUPERVISOR:

• Guide staff in the development of client assessments, service plans, and case notes; and review and approve final documents from staff

LOCATION:

Madison, Wisconsin. Must be available to work on-site, with some flexibility for hybrid scheduling dependent on program needs.

SALARY:

$66,000-69,000 annually

SCHEDULE:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with occasional evenings as needed to accommodate client schedules.
