Job summary

Professional Services Group in Dane County is hiring a Supervisor for the Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) program to lead a new team of Case Managers. The role involves directing assessments, service plans, and case notes while overseeing referrals and workload distribution.

You will supervise staff, manage the program budget, and ensure compliance and quality through file reviews. On-site Madison work with hybrid flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related is required.
• Three years of prior experience working with at-risk youth and families with multiple issues is required.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Guide staff in developing client assessments, service plans, and case notes and review final documents.
• Assist with referrals, assignments, and monitoring caseloads and workload.
• Hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and discipline program staff.
• Monitor the program budget and billing processes.
• Ensure quality assurance through file reviews and timely documentation.
