Columbia Forest Products, Greensboro, NC, is seeking a skilled Human Resource professional to join our growing team as a Senior Human Resource Specialist. The Senior HR Specialist will support the HRIS Payroll Manager through recruitment, orientation, payroll processing, benefits administration, and record maintenance.

Summary:

Oversee the administration, support, and optimization of our HRIS systems. You will ensure the efficiency of HR/HRIS processes for employees, payroll, and benefits teams. Your expertise will help improve system functionality and streamline HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support the HRIS system, including configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, auditing, and testing.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and other departments to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to support decision-making.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in corporate recruitment efforts.
  • Manage employee relations.
  • Coordinate Training & Development for HR teams.
  • Lead HR projects and system enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including exposure to HRIS systems.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification.
