Sr HR Bus Analyst - HR Business Advisor (Multi-level)

Join to apply for the Sr HR Bus Analyst - HR Business Advisor (Multi-level) role at Federal Express Corporation.

Oversees the administration, maintenance, and upgrade of HR technology systems and HRIS. Coordinates project management, system design, testing, configuration, implementation, and rollout of HR technology projects and process improvements. Serves as a subject matter expert for HR technology systems. Responsible for delivering data and analytical insights to support HR best practices through analysis, testing, reporting, dashboards, and data visualization. Supports process reviews to enhance controls within HRA.

Essential Functions
  1. Analyzes HR systems and develops automated solutions; performs business/statistical analysis, extracting and reporting data to support strategies.
  2. Evaluates data methods, develops, tests, and implements processes.
  3. Designs improvements to existing processes for cost, time, quality, and customer satisfaction benefits.
  4. Leads medium complexity projects or supports senior project managers, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  5. Assists in designing dashboards and data visualization tools for large data sets.
  6. Coordinates troubleshooting with end users and works with vendors to resolve issues and improve HR systems.
  7. Manages and develops custom queries for reports, coordinating scheduled and ad hoc reporting.
  8. Serves as project lead for HR technology systems supporting policy and process changes.
  9. Builds relationships with operating companies to share best practices.
  10. Provides support for multiple HR projects, evaluating HRIS data structures for compatibility and performing audits of data and systems.
  11. Troubleshoots system issues, communicates with technical staff, and serves as a subject matter expert for HR processes and resources.
  12. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, HR, or related field.

Minimum Experience

4+ years in HR technology systems or related area.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
  • Knowledge of data mining and reporting tools.
  • Working knowledge of HR technology systems like HRC.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, develop solutions, and mentor others.
  • Ability to serve as a change agent and project leader.
Job Conditions

Minimal travel required.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of pay policies/laws, UKG systems, timekeeping, troubleshooting skills.
