Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior Human Performance Advisor to serve as the enterprise‑level technical authority for human performance within the POTFF program.

You will drive policy, coordinate across components, and mentor staff to optimize well‑being and mission readiness. The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, 10+ years of related experience including USSOCOM POTFF work, and active or obtainable Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in an accredited field related to exercise science, health science, or sport psychology.
• Creditable experience includes long- and short-range program planning and coordination of functional programs.
• Current certification in CSCS, SCCC, PT, CCAA SP, RD, or RDN is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise-wide technical authority for human performance within POTFF Program.
• Mentor embedded human performance staff and advise senior leaders across USSOCOM and the DOW.
• Lead policy development, program synchronization, and readiness initiatives for global SOF units.
