Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Senior Director for HSSEQ in REMS to lead health, safety, and environmental risk management across WD accounts. The role partners with the HSSE Division Director to deploy global HSSEQ programs and ensure safe, compliant operations within REMS.

The position requires strong leadership, program development, and collaboration with HSSE professionals, clients, and suppliers. The role offers remote work within the United States and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated HSSEQ leadership across multiple accounts.
• Experience implementing ISO 14001/45001 aligned programs.
• Ability to develop and deploy HSSEQ training and awareness.

Responsibilities

• Enable the WD business to comply with JLL HSSEQ standards and policies.
• Ensure alignment with HSSEQ policies and statutory requirements.
• Support training, audits, measurement, and reporting against HSSE KPIs.
• Lead and manage HSSEQ team members within the division.
• Drive HSSEQ culture and risk management across accounts and suppliers.
• Support investigations into incidents or accidents with health, safety or environmental consequences.
