Job summary

Ramboll seeks an experienced HSEQ leader to oversee safety, health, environment, and quality across its EPC/EPCM portfolio in Ramboll Americas. The role requires guiding contractors, implementing standardized HSEQ execution plans, and influencing senior stakeholders to achieve safe, compliant project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in on-site HSEQ leadership within large-scale construction and possesses strong communication and multi-project coordination abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in OH&S, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive on-site HSEQ leadership experience.
• Experience with multi-contractor, high-risk industrial construction environments.
• Ability to travel regularly to project locations and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio-wide HSEQ approach with scalable processes for EPC/EPCM projects.
• Serve as primary HSEQ advisor to Project Directors and leadership teams.
• Drive adoption of Ramboll’s HSEQ program into practical project behaviors.
• Provide governance over risk management, hazard identification, and site controls.
• Oversee contractor onboarding, alignment sessions, audits, and performance reviews.
• Define scalable HSEQ organization structures for multi-project delivery nationwide.
