Job summary

Ramboll US Corporation seeks a senior HSEQ leader to oversee Ramboll Americas EPC/EPCM project portfolio, ensuring safe, compliant delivery across multiple concurrent projects. The role blends strategic governance with practical field support and requires extensive on-site experience with contractor management.

You will partner with Project Directors to implement Ramboll's HSEQ program, drive risk-based controls, and support readiness, audits, and multi-project coordination across nationwide

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of on-site HSEQ leadership experience in large-scale EPC/EPCM projects.
Willingness to travel regularly to project locations and manage multiple contractors.

Responsibilities

Lead portfolio-wide HSEQ approach enabling consistent standards across EPC/EPCM projects.
Advise Project Directors and leadership on HSEQ; drive adoption of Ramboll's HSEQ program.
Coordinate contractor onboarding, audits, and performance reviews; embed HSEQ in contracting strategies.
Oversee risk management, investigations, and assurance for high-risk activities.
