Job summary

Ramboll in the Americas is seeking a senior HSEQ leader to drive governance across its EPC/EPCM project portfolio, delivering safe, compliant execution and strong contractor collaboration. The role combines strategic governance with practical field support to enable multi-project success.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years of on-site HSEQ leadership in large-scale construction, with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to influence across senior teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive on-site HSEQ leadership experience with EPC/EPCM exposure.
• Strong background supporting multi-contractor, high-risk industrial construction environments.
• Ability to travel regularly to project locations and engage effectively with field teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and assurance over EPC/EPCM risk management processes.
• Lead HSEQ leadership across multi-project portfolios and contractor interfaces.
• Define scalable HSEQ organization structures for nationwide delivery.
• Embed HSEQ requirements into contracting strategies and field execution.
• Coach leadership teams to strengthen leading indicators and safety culture.
• Represent Ramboll in client audits and regulatory inspections.
