Ramboll Americas is seeking a senior HSEQ leader to oversee health, safety, environment, and quality across a portfolio of EPC/EPCM projects. The role focuses on establishing standardized HSEQ governance, coordinating multi-contractor activities, and guiding project teams to implement robust safety controls in high-risk environments.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of field HSEQ leadership in large-scale construction, strong contractor management, and the ability to influence stakeholders

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive on-site HSEQ leadership experience with substantial large-scale EPC/EPCM project exposure.
• Strong background supporting multi-contractor, high-risk industrial construction environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
• Proven experience supporting construction management delivery models where HSEQ performance is delivered through contractor execution and strong client/contractor interface management.
• Working knowledge of construction-phase HSEQ controls, contractor management, incident investigation, assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to travel regularly to project locations and engage effectively with field teams, project leadership, clients, and contractors.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
