Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive on-site HSEQ leadership experience with substantial large-scale EPC/EPCM project exposure.
• Strong background supporting multi-contractor, high-risk industrial construction environments.
• Ability to travel regularly to project locations and engage effectively with field teams, project leadership, clients, and contractors.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance over EPC/EPCM HSEQ risk management across projects.
• Lead development of portfolio-wide HSEQ standards and execution plans.
• Coach and guide project teams and contractors on HSEQ governance and safety culture.
• Represent Ramboll during client audits, regulatory inspections, and governance meetings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective incident investigations and lessons learned.
