Job summary

Ramboll US Corporation is seeking a senior HSEQ leader to oversee the EPC/EPCM project portfolio in the Americas, ensuring consistent governance and risk-based execution. You will align contractors and teams, support high-risk work planning, and drive safe delivery across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in on-site HSEQ leadership, strong contractor management, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, with willingness to travel as needed to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive on-site HSEQ leadership with substantial large-scale EPC/EPCM exposure.
• Strong contractor management and multi-project leadership capabilities.
• Ability to travel regularly to project locations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a portfolio-wide HSEQ approach across all EPC/EPCM projects.
• Serve as primary HSEQ advisor to Project Directors and leadership teams.
• Drive adoption of Ramboll’s HSEQ program and translate expectations into practical project-level behaviours.
• Provide strategic HSEQ guidance during proposals and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate governance between Ramboll, clients, construction contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
