Job summary

Ramboll Group is seeking an accomplished Senior HSEQ leader to guide governance across its EPC/EPCM projects in the Americas. You will partner with project directors, manage contractor interfaces, and drive risk-based safety performance at both strategic and field execution levels.

The role requires extensive field experience, ability to influence stakeholders, and willingness to travel as projects demand. Remote option is available in the U.S. market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive on-site HSEQ leadership experience in large-scale EPC/EPCM projects.
• Strong background supporting multi-contractor, high-risk industrial construction environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel regularly internationally or domestically as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-wide HSEQ approach across EPC/EPCM projects.
• Serve as primary HSEQ advisor to project leaders and directors.
• Drive adoption of Ramboll’s HSEQ program with practical project-level execution.
• Provide governance over risk management, site controls, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and clients to embed HSEQ requirements.
