Ramboll US Corporation is seeking a senior HSE leader to guide safety governance across its EPC/EPCM project portfolio in the Americas. You will influence project directors, align contractors, and ensure robust risk-based execution across multiple concurrent projects.

The role requires extensive field experience in large-scale construction, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate policy into practical field actions. Remote options are available, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive on-site HSE leadership experience.
• Experience with multi-contractor high-risk industrial construction environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead portfolio-wide HSE approach for EPC/EPCM projects across Ramboll Americas.
• Serve as primary HSE advisor to Project Directors and leadership teams.
• Drive adoption of Ramboll's HSE program and translate it into practical project-level behaviours.
