Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a senior HSEQ leader to guide governance across our EPC/EPCM projects in the Americas. The role combines strategic oversight with practical field support to ensure safe delivery and compliance.

You will collaborate with Project Directors, contractors, and clients to implement standardized safety programs, manage risk, and mentor leadership teams across multi-project environments. Remote option is available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of on-site HSEQ leadership in large EPC/EPCM projects.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Experience with multi-contractor environments.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-wide HSEQ approach across EPC/EPCM projects.
• Advise Project Directors on HSEQ governance.
• Drive adoption of Ramboll HSEQ program and translate into project behavior.
• Support high-risk work planning and field execution controls.
• Coordinate contractor onboarding, audits, and reviews.
• Oversee risk management and incident investigations.
• Ensure regulatory and client compliance across projects.
