Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a Senior Safety Manager to lead project-specific EHS plans and risk controls for data center and mission-critical facilities on client sites. You will drive incident investigations, audits, and safety training across diverse teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a safety-related field, 10+ years in construction safety, and 3+ years in senior management or design management. Onsite collaboration with clients and partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant safety/engineering field.
• Minimum 10 years in construction/safety management, preferably in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Minimum 3 years in senior safety management or design management roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and manage project-specific EHS plans aligned with Global Construction Safety Policy and OSHA regulations.
• Oversee prevention strategies for high-risk activities (e.g., working at heights, electrical work, confined space).
• Ensure risk assessments are conducted and integrated into schedules and planning.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and oversee HRA controls with corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and ensure root-cause analysis and corrective action.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and safety committees; foster positive safety culture.
• Prepare and submit monthly safety management reports with incident summaries and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with contractors and Owner to clarify policies and verify compliance.
