Accenture Construct is seeking a seasoned safety leader to deliver project-specific EHS plans, align with OSHA regulations, and oversee risk controls across data centers and critical infrastructure sites. You will investigate incidents, conduct audits, lead safety meetings, and coordinate with contractors and owners to ensure training and compliance, cultivating a strong safety culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, construction management, or engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in construction/safety management, preferably in data centers.
• 3+ years of senior level safety management or design management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, review and manage project-specific EHS plans aligned with OSHA policies.
• Oversee prevention strategies for high-risk activities and conduct risk assessments.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits and document corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Lead safety meetings and foster a positive safety culture with stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly safety management reports and coordinate with contractors/owners.
• Deliver safety orientation and maintain training records.
• Certify project EHS plan compliance alongside Site/Construction Managers.
