Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Construction Manager/Field Manager to lead on-site delivery for major client programs in the United States. You will coordinate with owner consultants, governing agencies, and trades, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence across multiple sites.

Role requires 6+ years in construction management, strong software knowledge, and a BS in civil engineering or construction management. On-site work hours are typical, with flexibility for extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in construction management on commercial or educational projects.
• Experience with construction management processes and means/methods; proficient with project software.
• Ability to interpret information, solve problems, and make decisions on site.
• OSHA 30 Hour Safety Training preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift 40 lbs; tolerate extreme temperatures and noise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with full project team and maintain on-site presence during construction hours.
• Identify safety concerns and elevate them to contractor and Accenture staff.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and submittals; monitor compliance and maintain logs.
• Coordinate and witness third-party inspections and code inspections; participate in progress meetings.
• Monitor CPM schedules, track start/completion dates, and document site progress.
• Review contractor Applications for Payment with the Project Manager and stakeholders.
• Assist with Change Orders; track manpower, equipment, and materials; collect daily tickets.
• Take 10 date-stamped photos daily and document installations and deficiencies.
