Integra seeks a Director, HSE Manufacturing to lead a world-class Health, Safety & Environmental strategy across modular factories and data-center construction projects in Houston. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to embed safety into Lean performance and production readiness.
The role requires extensive leadership in manufacturing safety, program governance, and cross-functional influence across multi-site operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of Health, Safety & Environmental leadership experience.
- Experience leading HSE programs in manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to drive Lean Enterprise and SIF prevention programs.
- Strong matrix-organization collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
Responsabilités
- Lead development and execution of HSE strategy across modular factories and construction sites.
- Integrate safety into Lean design, standard work, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion PausePoint and high-hazard controls before critical activities.
- Provide executive reporting on SIF exposure, readiness, and incident prevention.
