Job summary

Hm Ec is seeking an HSE Manager to lead safety for petrochemical construction projects in Pasadena, TX. You will supervise field personnel, coordinate incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement through data trends and client engagement.

The role requires strong knowledge of OSHA 1926, TWIC, and field safety metrics, with after-hours incidents support and budget adherence. Travel to active sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Eight years of petrochemical construction safety experience, or five years with a related bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to use safety metrics and trends to drive improvement.
• Experience leading incident investigations and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HSE field personnel and workload planning.
• Translate reports and data trends into actionable insights for improvement.
• Lead incident investigations and case management.
• Represent HSE in client meetings and audits.
• Coordinate and lead department meetings and budget adherence.
• Ensure consistent HSE program implementation across sites.
• Collaborate with Operations to plan safe work aligning with production goals.
• Conduct field engagement visits 3-4 times per week.
• Communicate with all organization levels.
