Honeywell seeks an experienced Senior HSE Manager for the Richardson, TX site to lead health, safety, and environmental programs across a large strategic business group. This role reports to the HSS/IMC Sr.

Director HSE and will mentor a team of HSE professionals while partnering with factory leadership to strengthen culture, compliance, and performance. You will drive continuous improvement using HSE management systems, oversee regulatory alignment, and coach cross-functional teams to achieve

Formación

• At least 8 years of progressive health and safety experience with increased responsibility.
• Leadership experience in a similar environment.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and executing a compliance strategy for Honeywell HSE Management System and regulatory requirements.
• Drive risk reduction through culture and behaviors initiatives.
• Lead the deployment of the HSS HSE vision and management system across Richardson facility.
• Partner with leadership to achieve HSE goals and objectives.
• Identify gaps via self-assessments, audits, gembas, and inspections.
• Utilize HMX/Lean practices to improve HSE results and efficiency.
