Job summary

You will collaborate with operations and executive management to align HSE functions and drive safety programs across regional teams.

You will communicate safety conditions at all levels, oversee incident investigations and training, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable

Qualifications

• Strategic thinker with proven ability to implement safety programs.
• Strong leadership, presentation and influencing skills across organizational levels.
• Deep understanding of OSHA, EPA and safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication of safety issues to executives and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and implements safety policies and programs for construction ops to meet regulatory requirements.
• Maintain alignment of HSE across operations to support segment objectives.
• Communicate risks and opportunities to executive leadership on a regular basis.
• Coordinate safety training, incident investigations, and OSHA documentation across regions.
• Visit job sites to ensure proper safety policies are followed and implemented.
