Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Senior HSE Specialist to support supervision and administration of project safety, maintaining a safe and healthy workplace. This role coordinates safety efforts with the HSE Manager and project supervision.

You will lead safety training, inspect equipment and work areas, assess hazards, document incidents, and help develop safety programs and project-specific safety plans. Travel 5–10% to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction safety management and field supervision.
• Experience implementing safety programs and JSA/SHMP plans.
• Strong documentation and incident investigation skills.
• Regulatory knowledge for construction safety and hazard control.

Responsibilities

• Assist in field safety orientation training and daily safety activities.
• Inspect machinery, equipment and working conditions for compliance.
• Observe workers use of safety equipment and PPE.
• Inspect areas for fire safety, first-aid and safety devices.
• Test work areas for hazards and report findings with corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents to determine root causes and preventive measures.
• Document accidents, violations and unsafe conditions.
• Support development of standardized safety analyses and project safety plans.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and conduct safety training.
