Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Director of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) to lead strategic development and implementation of HSE management systems for the business unit. You will work with operations and executive management to align HSE functions and communicate risks up to senior leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (or BCSP certification) and a proven track record in safety program development, leadership, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or BCSP certification.
• Experience implementing HSE programs and achieving performance improvements.
• Strong leadership, presentation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and implements safety policies for construction operations.
• Provide alignment across Segment Operations and HSE to support segment objectives.
• Maintain communication with executive leadership regarding risks and opportunities.
• Lead safety training and toolbox talk programs across the business unit.
• Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure correct safety policies are followed.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and report findings with corrective actions.
