Job summary

Qualifications

• Min 3–5 years proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions.
• Experience as a New Logo (Hunter) rep.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and capable of multi-tasking.
• Experience with diverse prospecting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Sell HRMS/Payroll solutions to complex organizations.
• Present HCM products to decision makers and end users in territory.
• Identify opportunities and develop sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
