Job summary

UKG is seeking a highly motivated sales professional as a Business Development Manager responsible for net-new logo sales in the mid-market and enterprise space. You will be based in your territory, present HCM/Payroll solutions, and work with an experienced team to close deals.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of proven success in HCM sales, excellent communication skills, and a hunter mindset. Expect 30-40% travel; base salary is $125,000 with incentive opportunities and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeding sales quotas
• Strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry
• Demonstrated understanding of strategic sales process

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales quotas
• Must have proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to complex organizations
• Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and develop proposals for customers
• Present HCM products and services to final decision makers within an assigned territory
• Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers
• Maintain knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry, competitors and analysts
• Excellent written and verbal communication
