This role is for a Business Development Manager who will drive net‑new logo sales and build a lasting sales legacy within your territory. Candidates should have 5+ years of proven HRMS/Payroll sales experience, live in or near the territory, and be ready to travel 30–40%.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions.
• Strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop proposals aligned with the prospective customer’s needs.
• Maintain knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry and competitors.
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes.
