Job summary

Hitachi Digital is seeking an HR Technology Analyst to support the HR technology ecosystem, maintain HR systems, ensure data integrity, and optimize business processes across global workstreams.

The role centers on Workday and related HR apps, with emphasis on reporting, integrations, and process improvement to enable accurate HR analytics and efficient operations for multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting HRIS or HR technology platforms.
• Experience with Workday, Vndly or similar Human Capital Management (HCM) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Knowledge of HR business processes including recruiting, onboarding, core HR, payroll, benefits, and contingent workforce management.
• Experience supporting system integrations using APIs, EIBs, middleware, or other integration technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with reporting and analytics tools is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work pro-actively, independently and multi-task on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
