Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Senior HRIS Specialist to lead HR technology transformation for a North American aerospace leader. The role focuses on implementing Workday and ServiceNow, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and scalable HR processes. You will partner with HR, IT, and vendors to optimize systems and analytics.

The position reports to the Head of HRIS North America and requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and a strategic mindset to drive the HRIS roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, HR Management or equivalent.
• 15+ years of HRIS/HR technology experience.
• 10+ years HRIS implementation across HCM, benefits, payroll, time management.
• Experience with Workday HCM Suite and/or Dayforce.
• Strong knowledge of full HCM lifecycle and data governance.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support HRIS solutions across HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Time Management, and Payroll.
• Maintain, configure, test, upgrade, and optimize HR systems and apps.
• Drive the HRIS roadmap and transformation to Workday and ServiceNow.
• Translate requirements into scalable system solutions and processes.
• Develop HR reports and analytics for HR and leadership.
• Ensure regulatory, privacy, and data security compliance.
