Drive HR Technology Evolution in Aerospace as a Senior HRIS Specialist
Location: Herndon, VA | Compensation: $50 - $55/hour based on experience
We are collaborating with a premier aerospace organization to recruit a Senior HRIS Specialist. This pivotal position focuses on advancing HR technology strategies throughout North America, specifically facilitating the migration to Workday, ServiceNow, and other modern HRIS platforms.
Reporting to the North American Head of HRIS, you will act as a primary subject matter expert. You will collaborate extensively with IT, Legal, HR, leadership, and various vendors to refine system performance, streamline operational workflows, bolster data accuracy, and maintain strict adherence to privacy and regulatory standards.
This role offers more than just system maintenance; it is a chance to influence the trajectory of HR technology at a leading aerospace firm. You will play a key role in shaping how data and processes empower employees across the North American region.
You will engage in high-visibility projects, work alongside senior leadership, and contribute to the modernization of the HR technology landscape, including Workday and ServiceNow integrations.
Work Schedule: Approximately 80% onsite / 20% remote
Travel: Roughly 5% domestic and international travel
This position requires access to facilities and information subject to Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and/or International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Access to controlled technologies may be restricted to U.S. Persons (including U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, and specific categories of refugees/asylees) or foreign nationals who have obtained an export license.
Compensation Details: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour
