Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 5+ years supporting HRIS & implementations in HCM and Payroll systems such as Workday and/or Dayforce
• Experience with Workday HCM Suite and/or Dayforce preferred
• 2+ years in a customer service, administrative, or human resources support role

Responsibilities

• HRIS maintenance and improvement projects: maintain HR systems, upgrades, and integrations
• Advance HRIS with HRMS improvements and automate workflows
• Collaborate with HR, IM/IT, and Data Privacy to align systems with policy
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and data privacy
• Serve as SME with HRIS vendors and service providers
• Project/Account management for Workday components across North America
• Translate business needs into projects, manage prioritization and resources
• Support HRIS implementation, security administration and post-go-live optimization
• Provide user support and guidance across HR systems
• Create HR documentation for reporting and processes
• Ensure consistent system usage across countries
• Mentor HRIS users and stakeholders
