Job summary

Avantor is seeking a remote ServiceNow Sr. Analyst with deep expertise in ServiceNow and Workday HR platforms. You will configure and maintain core HR systems, lead workflow and case configurations, and design a virtual assistant to enhance the user experience.

This role reports to the HR Transformation team and partners with HR Technology to drive governance and optimization. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR system configuration with ServiceNow or Workday, strong data privacy knowledge,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/HR/Business.
• Minimum five years configuring HR systems with ServiceNow and Workday.
• Proven track record in Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking and/or ServiceNow HRSD.
• In-depth HR process knowledge and system configuration principles.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist.
• Strong data privacy knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• Experience with Vancouver/Washington DC releases is preferred.
• Workday/HCM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain core HR systems (ServiceNow and Workday).
• Lead workflow, catalog, and case configuration; automate forms and mobile experiences.
• Design and implement a virtual assistant; enhance portal knowledge bases.
• Develop governance policies for ServiceNow and Workday.
• Provide training and ongoing support to users.
• Analyze usage metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Stay current with HR tech trends and best practices.
• Lead strategic projects to improve functionality and automation.
• Mentor junior configuration specialists.
