Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with HCM platforms, preferably UKG/UltiPro.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools.
• Experience in training and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advisor for all modules of UKG/UltiPro HCM.
• Lead end-to-end implementations of enterprise HCM.
• Develop datasets for decision-making and audit purposes.
