Job summary

Ethos is seeking an HR Systems Manager to oversee Global HRIS operations, blending hands-on HRIS work with strategic technology configuration to improve data accuracy and the employee experience across the company.

You will drive HRIS initiatives, including Headcount365, BambooHR, and Greenhouse; partner with IT and vendors; and mentor HRIS analysts to ensure scalable, compliant HR processes across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on HRIS experience.
• Experience leading complex HRIS initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data governance.
• Ability to translate technical requirements for business stakeholders.
• Experience with reporting, testing, and automation in HR tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross‑functional HRIS initiatives including new Headcount365 and BambooHR.
• Own and influence the HRIS roadmap with senior stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable HRIS solutions.
• Lead resolution of complex HRIS issues with root-cause analysis.
• Provide technical leadership for enterprise HR programs (performance management, promotions, payroll year-end).
• Partner with IT and vendors for integrations, upgrades, security maintenance.
• Establish and maintain high-quality system documentation and reporting.
• Mentor HRIS analysts through knowledge sharing and reviews.
