Reliance, Inc. is seeking a Senior HRIS Support Specialist to own the Dayforce-based HRIS landscape within the HR/Payroll Shared Service Center. You will troubleshoot complex issues, oversee upgrades, and partner with HR, IT, and business units to optimize system functionality.

The role emphasizes data integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement in HR processes, with responsibility for system releases, testing, and end-user support.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have 2–5 years of Dayforce HCM experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing HR systems projects and coordinating with IT.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Dayforce subject matter expert, handling configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Manage Dayforce modules (Payroll, Time & Attendance) aligned with business processes.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business partners to gather requirements and test changes.
• Create reports using Dayforce reporting tools and maintain system documentation.
• Provide end-user support and ensure data integrity and security.
