Job summary

The Reliance is seeking a Senior HRIS Support Specialist to act as a Dayforce subject matter expert within the HR/Payroll Shared Service Center. You will own system maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive improvements across Dayforce, ServiceNow, and iCIMS to optimize HR processes and user experience.

Collaborating with HR, IT, and business partners, you will lead upgrades, testing, and reporting while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and efficient system operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or business administration.
• 2–5 years of Dayforce HCM experience required.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing HR systems projects.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Dayforce certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Dayforce subject matter expert, handling system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Manage Dayforce modules (Payroll, Time & Attendance) to align with business processes.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business partners to optimize system functionality.
• Conduct system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Create and modify reports using the Dayforce reporting tool.
• Implement, maintain, and optimize internal HR Dashboards.
