Healthcare IT Leaders on the West Coast seeks an HR Info Systems Analyst III to lead a team of HRIS analysts, oversee systems across HR, Benefits, Compensation and Payroll, and drive data integrity, reporting, and end‑user support.

The role emphasizes system implementations, upgrades, testing, integrations, documentation, training, and partnering with HR, IT, vendors and stakeholders to deliver reliable HR technology solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent HRIS/HR technology experience.
• Knowledge of HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll processes.
• Strong understanding of HRIS technology, databases, reporting, and system integrations.
• Experience with project management, system testing, data analysis, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of HRIS analysts, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Serve as a subject matter expert across HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, Employment, and Payroll systems.
• Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• Lead system implementations, upgrades, testing, integrations, and data validation.
• Oversee HRIS reporting, analytics, interfaces, and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain user documentation, best practices, training materials, and deliver end‑user training.
• Identify system and data issues, determine root causes, and lead resolution efforts.
• Partner with HR teams, technical resources, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure high‑quality customer service.
