Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an HRIS Analyst III to support the HR Shared Services Center and business leaders. The role focuses on maintaining data integrity within the HRIS platform and upholding SLAs, while driving improvements in data quality and customer experience.

The candidate will partner with HRIS teams and business leaders to implement updates, conduct data analyses, and support HR operational processes with strong technical and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant HR experience.
• 5+ years of relevant HRIS/HR analytics experience.
• Experience with SAAS HRIS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Taleo).
• Understanding of HR data structures and responsible AI concepts.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Liaises between SSC, business leaders, and HRIS teams to ensure data integrity and SLAs.
• Supports system testing and defect resolution across HRIS projects.
• Manages data integrity, testing, and implementation of HR programs in the HR platform.
