Job summary

LifeSpire of Virginia is seeking an HRIS & Business Systems Analyst to own UKG Pro and related HR tech. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations to optimize processes, improve data integrity, and expand reporting capabilities.

You will lead implementations, testing, and configuration changes while serving as a liaison with vendors and internal teams to ensure systems support organizational goals. This role is based in Glen Allen, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, business or IT fields.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and workforce management systems.
• Experience developing user documentation and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as admin and SME for UKG Pro and related HR/payroll applications.
• Coordinate configurations to support operational, compliance, and reporting needs.
• Monitor performance and recommend enhancements for accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain system docs, configuration records, and knowledge libraries.
• Lead HRIS project activities during UKG Pro implementation and upgrades.
• Analyze HR, payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and workforce processes.
• Develop business requirements and data-driven solutions.
• Create dashboards and workforce analytics for stakeholders.
• Provide training materials and end-user training on systems.
