The role emphasizes AI-forward automation and cross-functional collaboration within People, IT, Payroll, Finance, and Compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of related HRIS experience.
• Advanced working knowledge of UKG Pro and UKG Ready Timekeeping.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and data governance abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and super admin for UKG Pro and UKG Ready Timekeeping, managing architecture and workflows.
• Own culture/HR systems like CultureAmp, Greenhouse, Absorb, Enboarder, HR Acuity, plus others.
• Champion AI-forward HR tech adoption and automated workflows; provide analytics and self-service capabilities.
• Maintain timekeeping rules, pay codes, accruals, schedules, and time off policies.
