Job summary

ID.me is seeking a Staff HRIS Analyst to lead UKG Pro and UKG Ready Timekeeping configurations, data governance, and integrations across HR systems. The role partners with People, IT, Payroll, Finance, and Compliance to ensure compliant, scalable HR technology infrastructure.

You will own system improvements, drive automation, and provide expert guidance on HR data architecture, reporting, and SOX/audit readiness. Mountain View, CA-based, on-site role with a broad impact on the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of related HRIS experience.
• Advanced working knowledge of UKG Pro and other HRIS systems, including configuration, business processes, security roles, and super admin tasks.
• Advanced working knowledge of UKG Ready Timekeeping, including pay rules, accruals, schedules, and super admin tasks.
• Experience leading system implementations or major rollouts; requirements, configuration, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and super admin for UKG Pro and UKG Ready Timekeeping; manage architecture, workflows, and modules.
• Act as technical owner for CultureAmp, Greenhouse, Absorb, Enboarder, HR Acuity, and other HR systems.
• Champion AI-forward HR technology; evaluate automated workflows and AI-driven analytics.
• Maintain timekeeping rules, pay codes, accruals, schedules, and time off policies.
• Plan, test, and deploy changes and integrations; assess upstream/downstream impacts.
