Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Sr HRIS Analyst to join a top client in a fully remote role within a healthcare-focused environment. This position focuses on HRIS reporting, analytics, and project support, balancing technical work with independent management of priorities.

You will develop and maintain UKG Pro reports, set up automated alerts, assist with Workforce Management configuration, and handle HRIS requests via ServiceNow, contributing to ongoing HRIS initiatives and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel with complex reporting and data analysis.
• Extensive experience with UKG Pro BI-People Analytics reporting.
• Knowledge of UKG Pro Workforce Management configuration.
• Experience creating multi-join reports and event studio alerts.
• Experience with ServiceNow for HRIS reporting requests.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HRIS reporting and analytics requests.
• Develop and maintain complex UKG Pro reports.
• Set up automated reports, alerts, and event-triggered notifications.
• Assist with UKG Pro Workforce Management configuration.
• Manage HRIS cases via ServiceNow and support HRIS initiatives.
