Job summary

New Day Admin is seeking an HRIS Manager to own and optimize the organization’s HRIS and related workforce technology. You will oversee configuration, data integrity, integrations, reporting, security, and strategic deployment across multiple states, ensuring systems support HR, payroll, benefits, and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HRIS, HR technology, payroll systems, or related experience.
• Hands-on UKG Pro experience strongly preferred; UKG Workforce Management highly desirable.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, workforce management, organizational structures, security, reporting, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional owner and SME for the organization's HRIS and workforce technology systems.
• Manage and optimize HRIS configuration, including structures, business rules, workflows, security roles, and time/pay configurations.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee, organizational, compensation, payroll, benefits, and workforce data.
• Establish and maintain HRIS data governance standards across entities.
