Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking an HRIS Admin to support core HR leadership on data-driven projects. You will manage UKG data, run reports, and maintain data integrity across systems while partnering with HR, IT, and operations.

This full-time role requires advanced Excel, SQL, and BI skills, with experience in UKG Pro and Workforce Management. You will design dashboards, support integrations, and help ensure accurate people data for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• UKG Pro and Workforce Management experience.
• 2–5 years as a financial or business analyst with HR data.
• Advanced Excel skills with large data sets.
• BI experience: Power BI or Cognos.
• SQL experience.
• Excel/Data integrations for forms and surveys.
• Ability to process and collate large amounts of information.

Responsibilities

• Run and distribute standard and ad hoc reports from UKG to support HR and business operations.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity of employee data within UKG; perform regular audits to resolve discrepancies.
• Design business analysis and data recording systems for the HR department.
• Process employee data changes and support organizational structure data needs.
• Manage UKG integrations with third-party vendors and internal systems; develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
