Job summary
Confluent Health, LLC is seeking an HR Technology Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert for UKG Pro, UKG Pro WFM, Power BI, and related HR technologies. You will troubleshoot complex issues, support reporting, and drive process improvements that enhance data accuracy and user experience.

Qualifications
- Experience with UKG Pro, UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), and related modules.
- 3+ years of HR technology, HRIS, payroll, or related systems.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business, Analytics, CS, or related field.
- Experience with system implementations, configuration, testing, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas.
Responsibilities
- Serve as SME for UKG Pro and related workforce technologies.
- Identify improvements, implement changes, support end-to-end business processes.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI and UKG tools.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and leaders to drive workforce technology initiatives.
- Lead and support projects ensuring timely delivery and data quality.
