JASINT Consulting and Technologies, LLC in the United States seeks a Senior HRIS Specialist Support to lead complex HR studies and system analyses. You will apply quantitative and qualitative methods to HR problems, develop solutions, and ensure accuracy across HR data and payroll implications.

The role requires working with DoD personnel data environments, conducting releases testing, and coordinating DoD-wide HR projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years of Experience in HR analysis and HRIS support.
• Proficient with DCPDS and USA Staffing to manage HR processes.
• Ability to analyze complex HR data and provide actionable solutions.
• Experience coordinating HR system changes and reporting needs.
• Knowledge of payroll implications and HR standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive HR studies and propose solutions to HR problems.
• Analyze data to identify relevant factors and develop long-standing solutions.
• Coordinate system release testing and DoD-wide HR projects.
• Provide training and implementation assistance to users.
• Consult with serviced organizations on reporting needs and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security directives for HRD customers.
• Maintain IT documentation and monitor project activities/resources.
